Who provides chains for gas cookers?

The person who sells the cooker should supply them. PH2k do not fit unless it is after refurbishment. The chain should be fitted as a safety device by law.

Why do we see so many Pennine vans on the road at night and at weekends? We were told that staff, pay an annual fee for private use of work van, plus some could be seen because driver is on call out duty.

3. The members were asked if the management could buy some laptops because we already have a waiting list of about ten. Details of the price for them were given it was agreed that we should get them.

They will be covered for accidental breakage. Members passed this proposal.

4. Val led the meeting from this point and we went into four groups to pool all our ideas for change and improvement based on the survey that Fed Reps had filled out. The meeting was interactive and lots of ideas were gained from members. Val will condense this and bring to the next full fed meeting
